Revenued Rewards Terms and Conditions

You must charge $5,000 (the “Threshold Amount”) of eligible purchases on the Revenued Business Card within the first 90 days of Card Membership to earn the $500 Cash Back Rewards offer starting from the date your account is approved. Cash Back will be credited to your Program account within 90 days after you have met the Threshold Amount, until which point the Cash Back Rewards will be shown as Rewards Pending. If we in our sole discretion determine that you have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with the welcome offer in any way or that you intend to do so (for example, if you applied for one or more cards to obtain a welcome offer(s) that we did not intend for you; if you cancel or downgrade your account within 12 months after acquiring it; or if you cancel or return purchases you made to meet the Threshold Amount), we may not credit Cash Back Rewards to, we may freeze Cash Back Rewards credited to, or we may take away Cash Back Rewards from your account. We may also cancel this Card account and other Card accounts you may have with us.
Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits and do NOT include: fees or interest charges; purchases of travelers checks; purchases or reloading of prepaid cards; purchases of gift cards; person-to-person payments; or purchases of other cash equivalents. Your Revenued Business Card account must not be canceled or delinquent at the time of fulfillment of any offers.
You can earn $500 Cash Back Rewards after you spend $5,000 or more on eligible purchases on your Card within your first 90 days of Card Membership starting from the date your account is approved. In rare instances, your period to spend $5,000 may be shorter than 90 days if there is a delay in receiving your Card. Also, purchases may fall outside of the 3 month period in some cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction. (For example, if you buy goods online, the purchase date may be the date the goods are shipped). Points will be credited to your Program account within 90 days after you have met the Threshold Amount, until which point the Cash Back Rewards will be shown as Rewards Pending.
To qualify for this Cash Back Bonus offer, you must apply for a Revenued Business Card account by 11:59 p.m. ET on [date], and subsequently be approved. Offer may only be redeemed by the eligible participant, such eligibility to be determined by Revenued, LLC. in its sole discretion. Cardholder must make net eligible purchase(s) (minus returns and other adjustments) of $5,000 or more with their Revenued Business Card within 90 days of account approval in order to qualify for the $500 cash back bonus (maximum of one cash back bonus may be earned per person). Cash advances and Flex Line draws do not qualify towards the net eligible purchases of $5,000. Fulfillment of the cash back bonus via an automatic transfer to your connected bank account will occur no later than 45 days after requesting them by using the “Redeem Rewards” button, which will be shown (to the extent there are Rewards Available to redeem) on the Rewards section within your Revenued dashboard found at app.revenued.com . The amount transferred related to each redemption will be equivalent to the total amount requested less any outstanding fees and/or delinquent payments. Your Revenued Business Card account must remain open, be in good standing, and not become delinquent at the time the cash back bonus is awarded. Once reflected in your Revenued account, use of the cash back bonus is subject to the terms of your Revenued account. This promotional offer is in addition to and does not replace the Cash Back Rewards program as detailed in the Rewards Program Terms.
How to view your cash back reward. Information about your cash back rewards, including Pending Rewards, will be shown in the Rewards section within your Revenued dashboard found at app.revenued.com. Any amount of earnings accrual shown in the app are estimates and may be changed based on additional Eligible Purchases, adjustments and MCCs.
Cash Back Rewards adjustments. Adjustments will be made to your cash back reward as the result of canceled transactions, outstanding fees, late payments, refunds or other credits from merchants, and other credits to your Card Account (including those resulting from successful transaction disputes). An adjustment also may occur if these Program Terms are violated by you or we believe you are abusing or gaming the Reward Program. An adjustment may reduce cash back reward in an amount up to the amount of any cash back reward originally earned on the Eligible Purchase. Adjustments may cause a negative balance in your cash back rewards. If there are negative cash back rewards at the end of a Statement Period, they will not be transferred to your Revenued balance, but will be shown in the Revenued app as negative cash back rewards.
Card Account and Revenued account suspension or closure.
- If your Card Account is suspended for any reason: You will not be able to earn cash back rewards during any time your Card Account is suspended for any reason even if a transaction is made that would otherwise be an Eligible Purchase.
- If your Card Account is closed by Revenued for any reason: Your participation in the Program will be terminated, you will cease to earn any cash back rewards and any cash back rewards earned but not transferred to your Revenued balance will be forfeited.
- If your Card Account is closed by you: Your participation in the Program will be terminated, you will cease to earn any cash back rewards and any cash back rewards earned but not yet transferred to your Revenued balance will be transferred at the end of the Statement Period.
- If your account is suspended for any reason including your business bank account being unlinked from your Revenued account: Your cash back rewards may not be transferred to your Revenued rewards balance until your Revenued account is reinstated or your business bank account is successfully relinked.
Other conditions. You acknowledge that the Program is a promotional program as to which no consideration has been paid to you and that cash back rewards have no cash value. Unless and until the cash back rewards are transferred to your Revenued balance and used in accordance with your Revenued account terms, no tangible or intangible right, title, or interest in the cash back rewards has been earned. Nothing herein requires Revenued to credit cash back rewards to any Card Account or transfer any cash back rewards to your Revenued balance if the Program has been canceled, terminated or suspended. The Program, including these Program Terms, is subject to the Governing Law and Arbitration provisions of the agreements governing your Card Account. You consent and authorize Revenued and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates or any non-affiliated third parties with whom they contract to manage the Program to share information about you and the Program with Revenued and, as necessary, to effect, administer, enforce, service, or fulfill the terms of the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
Program modifications. Revenued reserves the right to add, modify or delete any benefit, service or feature of the Program at any time in its sole discretion. Changes to the Program may include, among other things, adding a cap to the amount of purchases in Spend Categories that will qualify for cash back rewards, modifying Eligible Purchases or Spend Categories, excluding transactions, imposing additional restrictions or terminating the Program. Eligible Purchases do not include cash advances, Flex Line draws, disputed transactions, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, interest, fees, or any other transactions that Revenued may determine in its sole discretion are not eligible to earn cash back rewards. Revenued reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program in the event of fraud or abuse in connection with the Program
